I completed this rugby shirt framing for my son but also to illustrate what can be done in terms of sports related memorabilia.

The rugby shirt was stretched over a board to give it some shape and three medals relating to the tournament wins were stitched in place. A double-mount was cut in club colours around the shirt and three extra apertures to house photographs, text from newspaper articles and an array of medals. The newspaper articles were stuck to a self-adhesive board and supported behind with foam core board to allow them to sit at just at the correct depth. The medals were stuck to a coloured board to sit just below. A matt black frame and float glass complete the package but UV glass could also have been chosen  to protect the shirt from light damage.
