I completed this rugby shirt framing for my son but also to show what can be done in terms of sports related memorabilia.

The rugby shirt was stretched over a board to give it a flat appearance and three medals relating to the tournament wins were stitched in place. A double-mount was cut in club colours around the shirt and three extra apertures for photographs, text from newspaper articles and an array of medals. The newspaper articles were stuck to a self-adhesive board and supported behind with foam core board to allow them to sit just at the correct depth. The medals were stuck to a coloured board to sit just below. A matt black frame and float glass complete the package but UV glass could also have been used to protect the shirt from light damage.
